United Bankers Plc (Business ID 2355443–6) has on 28 April 2026 received a notification under Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Market Act, according to which the holding of Jarafi Oy, a company controlled by Rasmus Finnilä, has fallen below 10 per cent of the shares and votes in United Bankers Plc on 28 April 2026. The notification is based on the dilution of the ownership stake as a result of the share issue carried out by United Bankers Plc. The total number of shares in Jarafi Oy, a company controlled by Rasmus Finnilä, 1,110,000 shares, has decreased to 9.98 per cent of all shares and votes in United Bankers Plc.
