Toivo Group Plc (”Toivo”) has sold almost half of a residential development currently under construction in Helsinki. The remaining homes will be brought to market soon. The project, valued at EUR 3,6 million, is comprised of 10 owner-occupied apartments and is located in the sought-after Töyrynummi district of Helsinki.
”Sales for our Töyrynummi project have progressed as planned, and we'll be able to bring the remaining apartments to the market shortly. We announced the start of construction in April 2025, and construction has proceeded according to schedule. As such, the apartments will be ready for handover to homebuyers in summer 2026”, says Vili Valajärvi, Project Developer at Toivo.
