Toivo Group Plc (”Toivo”) has signed a contract for a regional construction project in Espoo. The value of the project is approximately 3,7 million euros. The development contains 9 owner-occupied apartments, and will be located right next Siuntionniitty park area.
Pre-marketing of the homes is scheduled to begin in summer 2025.
