In 2026, Solar Foods will publish financial information as follows:
- Financial Statements Release for 2025 on Thursday, 26 February 2026
- Financial Statements and Review of the Board of Directors 2025 on Thursday, 26 February 2026
- Half-year Report for January-June 2026 on Tuesday, 11 August 2026
The reports will be available on the company’s website www.investors.solarfoods.com immediately after publication.
Solar Foods Oyj’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) is planned to be held on Thursday 26 March 2026. The Board of Directors will summon the AGM on a later date.
