With reference to section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, Rovsing A/S hereby announces that it has received notification from Kim Brangstrup that he has increased his holdings of shares in Rovsing A/S to a total of 188,527 shares, corresponding to 16.6% of the share capital and votes relating to the subscription of shares in connection with completion of the rights issue and by converting a loan into shares as announced on 29 May 2026 (company announcement no. 402).
