Remedy Entertainment Plc has on July 7, 2026 received a notification under Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act according to which Markus Mäki’s shareholding of Remedy's shares and voting rights has decreased to below the 20 percent threshold on July 7, 2026.
According to the notification, Markus Mäki’s shareholding in Remedy has decreased to 2,697,000 shares, corresponding to 19.77 percent of Remedy’s shares and voting rights. Remedy’s registered total number of shares and voting rights amounting to 13,640,451 has been used in the calculation of percentages for the notification.
