Puuilo’s Annual Reporting 2024 has been published
Puuilo has today published its Annual Reporting 2024 including the Report by the Board of Directors and Financial Statements, Corporate Governance Statement and Remuneration Report. The Financial statements include the consolidated financial statements and the parent company’s financial statements. The reporting has been published in Finnish and English.
Puuilo also provides an XHTML financial review complying with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. In line with the ESEF requirements, the primary financial statements have been labelled with XBRL tags. Notes to financial statements have been labelled with XBRL block tags. The firm of authorised public accountants PricewaterhouseCoopers Ltd has provided an independent auditor's reasonable assurance report on Puuilo’s Finnish-language ESEF financial statements in accordance with ISAE 3000 (revised).
The Report by the Board of Directors includes a Sustainability Statement in compliance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) and Article 8 of the EU Taxonomy Regulation. PricewaterhouseCoopers Ltd has performed an assurance of the Sustainability Statement with a limited assurance engagement.
