Netum Group Plc: Webcast on the merger of Netum and Buutti on 1 September 2023

The corporate transaction between the main shareholders of Netum Group Plc and Buutti Oy announced by Netum Group Plc on 14 July 2023 will be closed on 1 September 2023.

Netum will hold a press conference in Finnish on Friday 1 September 2023 at 1:00 p.m. EEST. The merger will be presented by Matti Mujunen, CEO of Netum Group Plc and by Mikko Koistinen, CEO of Buutti Oy.
