Netum Group Plc: Schedule for financial reporting in the year 2024 and updates in the disclosure policy

Netum Group Plc have updated their disclosure policy, the purpose of which is to describe the key principles and practices related to the company’s communication with capital markets and the media.

In the future, in addition to the financial statements release and half-year report, Netum will publish business reviews for January–March and January–September. The business reviews will report revenue and result with comparative information, as well as the management's review of the development of business during the reporting period.

In addition, the company has changed the limit for disclosure of inside information with regard to the value of significant orders and agreements. In the future, an order or agreement with an estimated value of at least EUR 2 million (previously EUR 1 million) during the agreement period, or which is otherwise strategically significant, will be considered significant.

Netum Group Plc’s schedule for financial reporting in the year 2024

In 2024, Netum will publish the following financial reports :

• financial statements release for 2023 on Tuesday, 5 March 2024
• annual report for 2023 during week 10/2024 (week commencing on 4 March 2024)
• business review for January–March 2024 on Tuesday 7 May 2024
• half-year report for January–June 2024 on Tuesday 20 August 2024
• business review for January–September 2024 on Tuesday 5 November 2024

The annual report includes the report of the Board of the Directors, the financial statements of the Group and the parent company as well as the auditor’s report for the financial period 1 January–31 December 2023.

Netum Group Plc's Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Wednesday 27 March 2024. The company's Board of Directors will convene the Annual General Meeting separately at a later date.

All financial information will be published in Finnish and in English. The releases will also be available online at Netum Group’s website www.netum.fi/en.
