Inderes Oyj’s Board of Directors has decided to distribute a second dividend instalment

Inderes’ Board of Directors decided today August 28, 2025, on the payment of the second dividend instalment for the financial year ended December 31, 2024. The decision is based on the resolutions of Inderes' Annual General Meeting 2025, which authorized the Board of Directors to decide on the distribution of a second dividend instalment at its discretion.

The Board has decided to distribute a dividend of EUR 0.44 per share from the distributable assets of the parent company. The dividend will be paid to shareholders who are registered in the company's shareholder register maintained by Euroclear Finland Oy on the record date of October 16, 2025. The dividend will be paid on October 23, 2025.
