Kolding, Denmark, 23 June 2025 – Following the announcement on 19 June 2025 regarding Green Hydrogen A/S’s bankruptcy filling, the Company hereby informs that a court hearing has been scheduled on Wednesday, 25 June 2025 at 09:00 AM to consider the bankruptcy petition and appoint a trustee.
Reference is made to the attached creditor information letter no. 6 in both Danish and English versions.
As stated in the Company Announcement of 19 June 2025, it remains the case that, regardless of the conditional partial business transfer agreement, the Company does not expect any dividends or other distributions to be available to its shareholders.
