Pursuant to section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, please be informed that on 19 September 2024, UIE Plc. received information that on 18 September 2024, BLS Capital Fondsmæglerselskab A/S ("BLS Capital") adjusted its voting rights attached to the shares in the company.

BLS Capital subsequently controls voting rights attached to 3,216,352 shares, corresponding to 9.98% of the total voting rights in UIE Plc.
