The number of shares and the share votes in Truecaller AB (publ) ("Truecaller") has changed during June 2023 as a result of the issue of C-shares to secure the company's commitments under share program 2023. The class C shares will be converted to ordinary shares of series B in connection with the delivery of ordinary shares of series B under share program 2023. All C shares have been repurchased by the Company.
As of 30 June 2023, the last trading day of June, the number of shares in Truecaller amounts to 379,559,710, of which 46,783,800 ordinary shares class A with 10 votes per share and 327,175,910 ordinary shares class B with 1 vote per share and 5,600,000 C-shares with one vote per share. The total number of votes in Truecaller amounts to 800,613,910. The total number of votes in Truecaller, excluding 15,012,779 ordinary shares B and 5,600,000 shares series C held in treasury, amounts to 780,001,131.
