Techstep and Sykehuspartner have entered a strategic service agreement to deliver an advanced Lifecycle Management Service for the South-Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority.
This initiative marks a significant step forward in digital transformation for the region's healthcare system, enabling faster access to time-critical information and improving patient care outcomes. This new platform is purpose-built to manage and optimise the full lifecycle of clinical mobile devices - from simplified and streamlined procurement, tracking and distribution, through automated and secure deployment, configuration, operations, and end-of-life processes.
Developed through close collaboration between Sykehuspartner and Techstep, the service combines deep healthcare operational knowledge with Techstep's expertise in managed mobility.
"We are very proud to have the continued trust from Sykehuspartner and all the hospitals across the region and to be an integral part of digitalising the Norwegian health sector with mobile devices, unique software and our services."
- Morten Meier, CEO of Techstep
In addition, based on the exclusive frame agreement with Sykehusinnkjøp HF, Techstep continues to deliver mobile devices, software and services to the Norwegian Health Sector, covering all four health regions.
This new agreement went live from 1 January 2026, with several hospitals and thousands of devices being included from day one.
