TC TECH has today published its interim report for the period January 1 to March 31, 2022.
Net sales amounted to 5 795 (0) TSEK in the first quarter of 2022. In the same period, net profit/loss totalled -4 014 (-4100) TSEK. Cash flow from operating activities was -6 102 (-3 803) TSEK in the period from January 1[st] to March 31[st] 2022.
Developments in the first quarter of 2022
The Board of Directors of TC TECH Sweden AB (publ) has, subject to approval at the Extraordinary General Meeting, resolved to carry out a rights issue of shares that, upon full subscription, will provide the Company with approximately SEK 24.8 million before issue costs.
Developments after March 31st, 2022
TC TECH Sweden AB (publ) Held an Extraordinary General Meeting was held on 7 April. At the meeting, approximately 47% of the company's shares were represented. The EGM resolved unanimously to approve the Board of Directors' resolution on a rights issue of not more than 6,349,349 shares, entailing an increase in the share capital by a maximum of SEK 507,947.92.
