To the Shareholders of Tangiamo Touch Technology AB,
Despite the many challenges and changes faced during the year, I am delighted to report that 2022 was a strong year for Tangiamo. We remained steadfast in our commitment to innovation in the gaming industry, and through the team's dedication, we overcame many obstacles and ended the year on a high note.
Our commitment to innovation has been at the forefront of everything we do, and this has been reflected in our product offerings, including our flagship MultiPLAY platform. We believe that MultiPLAY still represents the future of gaming, and we are proud that industry leaders such as Loto Quebec, Abbiati, and Grupo Caribant have recognized our efforts and chosen to work with Tangiamo's technology.
As a result of the sale of technology rights to our partner in the Dominican Republic, Tangiamo had a comprehensive, third-party review of its patents and their value conducted. After this assessment, the company is pleased to announce that it has been determined that the value of its patent portfolio has increased from ca. 1,1 MSEK to 10,5 MSEK, resulting in a corresponding increase in shareholder equity and improving the company's financial position. Intellectual property rights valuations play a crucial role in shareholder value and supporting the financial stability and growth of innovation-based companies like Tangiamo.
Our dedication to developing cutting-edge gaming technology is also driving our expansion into new markets, and we are on the cusp of securing regulatory approval to launch our products. We are excited to bring our innovative gaming solutions to new audiences and look forward to continued expansion in the future. In addition to MultiPLAY, our Dice Shakers and ADR systems have provided gaming operators, especially live online casinos, with a new way to expand their game offerings and boost revenue. We have received tremendous feedback from our clients, who have praised the quality and ease of use of the system.
At the heart of our success is our talented team of professionals whose hard work and dedication have made Tangiamo the company it is today. As we continue to grow and expand, we remain committed to providing our team with a supportive and inclusive workplace that fosters creativity, innovation, and personal and professional growth.

januari 2022 - december 2022
- Årsstämman beslutade om omval av styrelseordförande Staffan Hillberg och nyval av styrelseledamöterna Fredrik Adlercreutz, Rickard Möllerström samt Chris Steele
- Den 1 juli offentliggör Bolaget utfallet av företrädesemissionen om cirka 12,1 MSEK före emissionskostnader
- Avslutat Linh Börsholm Thais anställning som verkställande direktör i Bolaget. Tillförordnade VD Chris Steele fortsätter leda Bolaget och tillträder som VD på heltid från 1 september 2022
- Genomfört en omorganisation som medför att Bolagets COO Harald Börsholm Thai är uppsagd på grund av arbetsbrist
- Grupo Caribant förvärvar Tangiamos teknologirättigheter för Dominikanska republiken. Tangiamo får en ersättning om sammanlagt 5 MSEK varav 2 MSEK avser förvärv av teknologirättigheter samt visst material och 3 MSEK avser reglering av Tangiamos utestående fordringar gentemot Grupo Caribant.
- Den 23 november Tangiamo genomförd en riktad kvittningsemission om cirka 4,6 MSEK till Bolagets tidigare största fordringshavare Modelio Equity AB (publ) och Eslom Capital AB
- Order från befintlig distributör Abbiati på Tangiamos Dice Shakers och ADR-system till ett värde motsvarande cirka 1,1 miljoner kronor
- Ramavtal med Loto Quebec utförs av Tangiamos kanadensiska distributör
- Abbiati visar upp Tangiamos MultiPLAY Roulettebord på ICE spelmässa
- Tangiamo får en ytterligare order från Abbiati värd 0,55 SEK
- Loto Quebec utfärdar order värda 10,5 MSEK för Tangiamos MultiPLAY Roulettbord
Omsättning och resultat
Nettoomsättningen uppgick till 2 192 (6 184) KSEK. Rörelseresultatet uppgick till uppgick till -15 408 (-10 282) KSEK, innebärande en negativ rörelsemarginal (neg). Resultat efter skatt var -18 132 (-13 295) KSEK. Det negativa resultatet beror främst på utebliven försäljning men även på ökade kostnader på grund av personalförändringar.
Kassaflöde
Rörelsens kassaflöde var -16 534 (-11 335) KSEK. Totalt kassaflöde för perioden uppgick till
-3 211 (-2 896) KSEK. Det negativa kassaflödet i rörelsen består av negativt rörelseresultat.
