SLP's tenant Hultafors currently leases the entire property Mosshaga 7 in Nässjö with an area of approximately 15,000 square meters with a 7-year lease. In 2023, SLP used a building right on the property and built 1,250 square meters. Now the property is being further developed together with the tenant through an extension of additionally approximately 1,500 square meters, while the lease agreement is being extended by three years to May 2035.
The extension is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2026. The property will then have a total lettable area of approximately 16,500 square meters, while additional building rights remain to be used in the future.
