SLP has today acquired and taken ownership of a logistics property, Falkenberg Tröinge 6:75. In the transaction SLP acquires a newly formed company that owns the land, construction agreement and lease agreement. The total investment is estimated to amount to approximately SEK 430 million. On the property, which covers 65,000 square meters, a building of just over 38,000 square meters will be constructed. A 12-year lease for the entire building has been signed with Speed Logistics, that performs so-called third-party logistics. The total annual rental value amounts to approximately SEK 28 million.
"The transaction will provide SLP with a modern and sustainable, fully leased, logistics property in a prime location along the E6. We are also pleased to welcome Speed Logistics as a new tenant and that through the deal we are extending SLP's average lease duration," says Tommy Åstrand, CEO of SLP.
Occupancy is expected to take place in the second quarter of 2026. The seller is the project developer Astoria Fastigheter. The property is being acquired through a corporate transaction and is financed with own funds.
