Summa Defence Plc has on 31 December 2025 received a flagging notification from Meriaura Invest Oy in accordance with Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act, according to which the holding of Meriaura Invest Oy, a company controlled by Jussi Mälkiä, in Summa Defence Plc's shares and votes has exceeded the 5% flagging threshold due to the merger of Aura Mare Oy into Meriaura Invest Oy on 31 December 2025.
