16 May 2025 - Hanna Konyi, Country Manager Sweden of SmartCraft ASA, has bought on 15 May 2025 4602 shares in SmartCraft at a price of NOK 23.5000.

After the transaction, Ms. Konyi holds 600,277 shares in SmartCraft ASA. In addition, she is exposed to 331,043 shares in the SmartCraft long term incentive program.
