Skanska has been commissioned by AMF Fastigheter AB to redevelop the property Marievik 24 at Årstaviken in Stockholm, Sweden. The contract is worth about SEK 440M and will be included in the order bookings for Sweden in the second quarter of 2025.

The current seven-story office building will be expanded with two wooden floors with green roofs and solar cells. A strong focus is placed on recycling, smart energy solutions and maintaining the original postmodern architecture.
