Shape Robotics A/S announces, pursuant to Section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, that TAG Holding ApS, on April 10, 2025, notified the company that its holding in Shape Robotics A/S had been decreased to 4.46% of the share capital.

The holding decrease occurred in 2024 as a result of the registration of a capital increase in March 2024 (see company announcement no. 12-24).

The threshold crossing below 5% was not identified and disclosed by TAG Holding ApS at the time, as required.
