SaltX Technology Holding AB: Board Member Resigns from SaltX Board of Directors at Her Own Request
SaltX Technology Holding AB (publ) ("SaltX" or the "Company") announces that Sonya Fielding, as she steps down as CEO of SMA Mineral, has informed the Chairman of the Board of SaltX of her decision to resign from the Company's Board of Directors, effective immediately.
Sonya Fielding was elected to the Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting on 23 April 2026 and has since contributed valuable expertise and experience to the Board's work.

Following Sonya Fielding's resignation, the Board of Directors will consist of six members: Andreas Nordbrandt, Karin van der Salm, Tobias Elmquist, Bengt Steinbrecher, Mercedes Jul and Anders Forsén.
