The Board of Directors of Rightbridge Ventures Group AB ("Company") has resolved to change the Company's financial reporting schedule from quarterly to semi-annual reporting. The decision is part of a broader effort to reduce administrative overhead and streamline internal reporting procedures.
The first semi-annual report under the new structure will cover the period from 1 January to 30 June 2025 and is expected to be published on 29 August 2025. The previously communicated publication date for the Q1 report covering January-March 2025 was 30 May 2025.
