About Redsense's products

The Redsense Alarm monitors hemodialysis treatment by detecting the presence of blood via fiber-optic sensing. In case of emergency, the alarm alerts the nurses' attention so that the hemodialysis machine's blood pump can be stopped as soon as possible. Blood leakage may occur, for example, if the venous needle is accidentally dislodged during treatment.
