QuickCool has received notification from European High Growth Opportunities Securitization Fund regarding conversion of convertible bonds into 999 999 shares in QuickCool, corresponding to
SEK 1 100 000 of the convertible loan. The conversion price per share is SEK 1,10.

Upon registration at the Swedish Companies Registration Office QuickCool's total share capital will amount to SEK 8 872 315 and the total number of shares will amount to 8 872 315.
