OKEA ASA resume quarterly dividends payments in fourth quarter 2026
(Trondheim, 3 November 2026) OKEA ASA (OSE: OKEA) On 11 May 2026 the annual general meeting of OKEA granted the board of directors an authorisation to approve distribution of dividends based on the company's annual accounts for 2025. The board of directors has now approved a cash dividend of NOK 2.00 per share which will be paid in December.
Dividend payment in Q4 2026
The board of OKEA ASA has resolved to distribute a cash dividend payment of NOK 207.8 million (NOK 2.00 per share) in December 2026.
Ex-dividend date is 2 December 2026 and record date is 3 December 2026. Payment is expected on or about 15 December 2026.
