Oslo, 19 December 2025 - Observe Medical ASA (the "Company" or "Observe Medical", OSE ticker "OBSRV") has received a loan commitment from Innovation Norway for a loan of NOK 15 million to support the continued commercialisation of the Company's UnoMeter™ product portfolio, and commercial preparation for the launch of Sippi®.
The availability of the loan is subject to execution of final loan documentation and certain customary conditions precedent.
Further information regarding final terms and drawdown will be provided once the loan agreement has been executed.
Jørgen Mann, CEO of Observe Medical, commented: "We consider the loan commitment from Innovation Norway to be an important milestone for Observe Medical. During 2025, the Company completed equity financings raising gross proceeds of NOK 58.5 million, and in combination with the loan from Innovation Norway we are now able increase the speed and momentum in the ongoing commercialisation of the UnoMeter™ portfolio including the rollout of the defined product pipeline. Furthermore, it will allow us to take steps to implement our full corporate strategy to be a partner for the Nordic innovative ecosystem within the Medtech area"
