This replaces the previously announced LOI.

The partner is a historical distributor of UnoMeter™ and brings deep market knowledge, an established sales network, and strong relationships within the Indian healthcare sector.

This agreement represents an important milestone in the Company's expansion strategy in India, one of the largest and fastest-growing healthcare markets globally. The partnership is expected to accelerate commercial activities and further strengthen the Company's presence in the region.
