Arendal, Norway, 4 March 2026 - In February, Norse Atlantic Airways delivered total unit revenue in own network (TRASK) of 5.1 US cents per available seat kilometer, an increase of 25% compared to the same month in 2025, reflecting strong demand and materially higher average ticket prices. Passenger growth was 54% to 130 thousand passengers across network and ACMI/Charter operations with a load factor of 98%, up 3%-points year-over-year.

Eivind Roald, the CEO of Norse Atlantic, comments:

"Norse Atlantic continues into 2026 with strong tailwinds led by higher production and customer demand driving load factor and record February unit revenue in own network. The positive trend follows the plan we have presented based on a balanced operation with six aircraft in own network flying the most attractive routes and six aircraft on long-term ACMI charters with stable, predictable revenue and no fuel price risk.

Our own network operates as normal with limited impact from the Middle East escalations. We see a strong increase in ticket and cargo demand on our Europe to Thailand and Cape Town flights which is being translated into higher revenue. Forward bookings trends across our global route network have not been impacted."

(February traffic figures. Comparable figures for year-ago period shown in brackets)

  • 98% load factor across network and ACMI/Charter operations (95%)
  • 97% load factor in own scheduled network (93%)
  • Total revenue per available seat kilometer in own network (TRASK) of 5.1 US cents, up 25% from (4.1)
  • 204 flights in own scheduled network (164)
  • 234 ACMI/charter flights operated (137)
  • 129,746 passengers transported (84,335) across network and ACMI/charter operations, up 54% YoY
  • Norse Atlantic completed 98% of scheduled flights in the Month (100%)
  • 53% of flights in own network departed within 15 minutes of scheduled departure time (70%)
  • On-time performance was negatively impacted by continued Air Traffic Control (ATC) delays, airport congestion and weather challenges
  • Temporary capacity reductions due to follow-on impacts on the engine maintenance program as previously communicated

Flights in Norse's own network between Europe and Thailand continues to operate via a northern air traffic corridor unaffected by current regional flight restrictions imposed due to the conflict in the Middle East. Transatlantic services, as well as flights to Cape Town and Caribbean charters, are operating as scheduled.

Norse is experiencing significant increased travel demand for its own network flights from Europe to Thailand and Cape Town amid the ongoing flight restrictions.

In the ACMI segment, six aircraft operate on long-term charters with Indigo, one of the world's largest airlines. Indigo operation is temporarily suspended as per 4 March, due to regional airspace restrictions caused by the Middle East war. Norse is cooperating with Indigo to find alternative routes to resume flights as soon as possible. There are no changes to agreed minimum block hours threshold and Norse continues to receive payments according to agreement.
