Nidhogg Resources Holding AB (publ) ("Nidhogg" or the "Company") has received information that Alexandra Biörnstad's holding has been less than ten percent of the share capital and votes in the Company. Furthermore, Carl Adam Andersson's and Alexander Andersson's holdings have been less than five percent of the share capital and votes.

Through the set-off issue that Nidhogg announced in a press release on March 6, 2026, the number of shares in the Company increased from 9,461,324 to 10,293,738.

Prior to the issue, Alexandra Biörnstad's holding amounted to 898,129 shares, which corresponded to 10.02 percent of the shares and votes in the Company. Carl-Adam Andersson's holdings amounted to 510,946 shares and Alexander Andersson's to 490,022 shares, corresponding to 5.70 and 5.47 percent of the shares and votes.

Following the issue, Alexandra Biörnstad's holding remains unchanged at 898,129 shares, which corresponds to 8.73 percent of the shares and votes in the Company. Carl Adam Andersson, with 510,946 shares, and Alexander Andersson, with 490,022 shares, hold 4.96 and 4.76 percent of the shares and votes respectively.
