The acquisition price suggests a company value of 50 million DKK, with an option to acquire remaining shares within a specified timeframe. The acquisition is cash financed. Olicem's revenue for 2023 was approximately 8 million DKK, and the revenue for 2024 is expected to exceed last year's. The acquisition is expected to have a positive impact on earnings per share from today's date. Olicem's headquarters are located in Hobro, Denmark and the company has 6 employees.

Olicem's proprietary system is one of the leading systems in the market and can be used with all types of analysis and measurement instruments. With Olicem's system, users can ensure and report that emission levels do not exceed legal requirements in waste incineration plants and in several other industries. The requirement to measure in real-time and report emission levels is an increasing demand from authorities to ensure good air quality, not only in Europe but also increasingly worldwide.
