Munters has issued a four-year senior green bond of SEK 1 billion under its MTN-program (Medium Term Note). The offering attracted strong interest from investors and was significantly oversubscribed.
The MTN-program was established on 30 May 2025 with the purpose of further diversifying the company's funding sources. The net proceeds from the green bond issue will be allocated to green projects, in accordance with Munters Green Bond Framework.
"With this second green bond issue, we are reaffirming our commitment to sustainable financing. The strong interest from investors underscores continued confidence in our strategy and our ambition to deliver on our climate goals. The proceeds will further accelerate investments in solutions that reduce emissions and drive long-term value creation. As part of our funding strategy, we remain committed to being a regular and reliable issuer in the bond market," says Katharina Fischer, CFO and GVP at Munters.
Danske Bank and Nordea acted as joint lead managers.
