Early contract renewal with significant upsell

MapsPeople A/S is pleased to announce the signing of a large expansion contract with a North American customer for an additional 39 months period for a smart building project containing up to 130 properties and up to 85 million square feet of residential real estate to be mapped. The contract expansion is mDKK 5.2 for the contracted period. The new annual recurring revenue of this contract is below the mDKK 2.0 threshold that requires a company announcement according to MapsPeople information- and communication policy.

The entire contract amount for the 39 month contract period is invoiced at contract signature. The license has been delivered to the customer on March 31, 2024.
