Announcement regarding registration of the capital increase and completion of the rights issue

In continuation of the company announcement no. 16-2024 on the results of the offering of new shares as described and announced by MapsPeople in the company announcement no. 14-2024, MapsPeople A/S hereby announces that the share capital increase and the updated articles of association has been registered with the Danish Business Authority. Therefore, the rights issue has been completed.

MapsPeople A/S' share capital will then be a nominal value of DKK 1,981,384.86 divided between shares of DKK 0.02 each.
