Completion of Private Placement 

With reference to company announcements no. 30-2023 and 32-2023, MapsPeople A/S ("MapsPeople") hereby announces that the private placement of new shares ("New Shares") directed to current shareholders (the "Private Placement") resulting in gross proceeds of approximately DKK 8,510,619.75 is successfully completed.
 

Registration of 7,151,781 New Shares of a nominal value of DKK 0.02 each, corresponding to a share capital increase of nominal amount of DKK 143,035.62 has today been registered with the Danish Business Authority. MapsPeople's nominal share capital now amounts to DKK 1,566,981.08 divided into 78,349,054 shares of a nominal value of DKK 0.02 each corresponding to a total of 78,349,054 voting rights.
 

The New Shares will be admitted to trading and listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market under the existing ISIN code, DK0061549052, with effect from 5 December 2023, and the temporary ISIN code for the New Shares, DK0062615589, will be merged with the primary ISIN code for existing shares as soon as possible thereafter.
