Lehto Group Plc

The new shares of Lehto Group Plc have been registered in the Trade Register.
The Board of Directors of Lehto Group Plc ("Lehto" or "Company") has as previously announced issued a total of 75 000 000 new shares in a directed paid share issue to the holders of convertible bonds, based on the authorization granted by the Company's Annual General Meeting on 19 June 2024, for the conversion of 15 million euros of unsecured convertible bonds into shares of the Company. The subscription price per share was 0.20 euros.
The new 75 000 000 shares have been registered in the Trade Register on 31 January 2025. Following the completion of the share issue, the total number of shares in the Company has increased to 162 339 410 from the previous 87 339 410 shares. The Company's share capital has not changed as a result of the share issue. The new shares shall later be applied for listing when the Company seeks to transfer the trading of its shares from the Nasdaq Helsinki stock exchange list (main list) to the First North Growth Market -marketplace in the first or second quarter of 2025.
