Lier, 1 November 2024: Anders Fjeld has informed the Board that he will resign as CEO of Kid ASA ("the Company"), to take the position as CEO of Sport Holding AS, a company controlled by Gjelsten Holding AS and O.N. Sunde A/S.
He will continue to hold the position until 1 May 2025, and the Board will start the process of finding his replacement now.
Anders Fjeld has been the CEO since November 2018. Under his leadership, the Company has developed significantly and become a leader in home textile retail in the Nordics.
"Anders has done an outstanding job as CEO, and I would like to thank him for the efforts, commitment, and results he has achieved in the Company. Strong growth, in combination with impressive margins and geographic expansion has brought the Company to where we are today", says Espen Gundersen, the Chairman of the Board at Kid ASA.
