Katalysen Ventures AB (publ) today announces that the company's founder and CEO, Peter Almberg, will be stepping down from his role as CEO. He will hand over leadership to Anders Dahlgren, who has been part of the Katalysen team since early 2023 as CFO. Anders brings deep insight into the company's operations,culture, and future strategy.
Peter Almberg, who founded Katalysen in 2015, will remain actively involved in the company as Executive Chairman and Partner. Under Peter's leadership, Katalysen has built a strong portfolio of innovation-driven companies by investing in and leading projects that help founder-led businesses and investors turn major challenges into opportunities for both short- and long-term value creation.

About Anders Dahlgren - Newly Appointed CEO of Katalysen Ventures AB (publ)
Anders Dahlgren has a long and diverse background in entrepreneurship, business development, and finance. Having worked for many years as both an entrepreneur and investor, he brings a deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing growth companies. Since joining Katalysen as CFO in early 2023, Anders has played a key role in the company's strategic and financial development.
Previously, Anders held leadership roles in fast-growing companies such as Sydmarin in Helsingborg, where he was responsible for business development and growth strategy, and Set Up AB, where he built and developed the company's financial operations as CFO. He has also founded and operated his own ventures, including a furniture start-up and a media company, experiences that provide him with a unique perspective on the dynamics of entrepreneurship.
In addition, Anders has served as CEO of Signia Nordics (formerly Admore Mediasales) and as an independent board member of Aktieinvest Fonder AB. Earlier in his career, he worked in auditing at Deloitte and at Handelsbanken, forming a strong foundation in financial expertise.
Anders holds an MBA from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg. His background, which bridges large corporate environments and entrepreneurial ventures, equips him well to lead Katalysen Ventures alongside partners Peter Almberg and Tobias Mathiasen. Together, they will continue to support the company's portfolio through its next growth phase.
