K-Fast Holding är verksamt inom fastighetsbranschen och fokuserar på förvärv, utveckling och förvaltning av bostadsfastigheter. Bolagets portfölj inkluderar hyres- och bostadsrätter. K-Fast Holding AB (publ) ("the Company", "K-Fastigheter") has successfully issued senior unsecured green bonds in the amount of SEK 500,000,000 within a framework amount of SEK 1,000,000,000 (the "Green Bonds"). The Green Bonds have a maturity of three years and carry a floating interest rate of 3-month STIBOR plus 600 basis points. The Green Bonds have mainly been allocated among Nordic institutional investors.

The net proceeds from the Green Bonds will be used in accordance with the Company's recently established Green Financing Framework, which outlines the financing or refinancing of green properties (as defined in the Green Financing Framework). ABG Sundal Collier and DNB Carnegie have acted as Joint Green Structuring Advisors for the Green Financing Framework.

K-Fastigheter will apply for the Green Bonds to be admitted to trading on the Nasdaq Transfer Market, and the Green Bonds will subsequently be listed on Nasdaq Stockholm within 12 months.

ABG Sundal Collier and DNB Carnegie acted as Joint Bookrunners in connection with the issuance of the Green Bonds. Setterwalls acted as legal advisor to K-Fastigheter, and Schjødt acted as legal advisor to the Joint Bookrunners.
