Lars Wollung was elected Chairman of the Board in Hoist Finance at the Extraordinary General Meeting on 17 February 2022, a role that he leaves when assuming the position as acting CEO. He remains member of the Board. Lars has more than 20 years of experience from the financial and IT industries and has had active engagements in Hoist Finance since 2019.

Per Anders Fasth will remain with the company as advisor until his agreement expires on 31 March 2022 to ensure a seamless handover.

Bengt Edholm joined the Board in February 2022. Bengt has broad experience from the banking sector including Head of Group Treasury at Handelsbanken, Head of Treasury at Stadshypotek and various positions at Nordea and Danske Bank. He is also a non-executive Board Member of the publicly listed company Collector Bank.

The process to find a permanent CEO is on-going.
