Hemnet Group AB (publ) (Hemnet) has today published its Annual and Sustainability Report for 2023 which is available on the company's corporate website hemnetgroup.com (https://www.hemnetgroup.se/en/investors/financial-reports/?year=&cat=any) in Swedish and in English.
- Net sales increased by 13.0 percent to SEK 1,004.7m (889.2)
- EBITDA increased 17.3 percent to SEK 525.5m (448.1)
- Operating profit increased 18.7 percent to SEK 448.2m (377.5)
- ARPL, average revenue per published listing, increased 37.1 percent to SEK 4,490 (3,275)
- Total distribution to shareholders of SEK 374.0m, from dividend and share repurchases
- The company has completed a comprehensive mapping of greenhouse gas emissions
- Hemnet's long-term goal of achieving net-zero emissions by 2050 has been approved by the Science Based Targets initiative

- Reflecting on the past year, I feel immensely proud of what our team has accomplished and the solid results we've delivered, especially considering the challenges faced by the housing market in 2023. We have continued to grow through strong demand from home sellers for our larger marketing packages and additional services, alongside a high pace of product development and ongoing efforts in packaging and pricing. In 2023, we also made significant strides in our sustainability efforts, notably through an ambitious mapping of our greenhouse gas emissions, with one of the highlights being the approval of our long-term climate goals by the Science Based Target initiative.
