Gjensidige notes the recent ruling by the Danish Supreme Court concerning historical pricing practices in the insurance market, in which Tryg prevailed.

Based on the Supreme Court's ruling, Gjensidige has reassessed the accounting provision made in the first quarter of 2024. The company has concluded that the basis for the provision is no longer present and will therefore reverse the provision of DKK 80.0 million in the first quarter of 2026.

Gjensidige considers the Supreme Court's ruling to provide clarity in the matter and does not expect the case to have further implications for the company.
