Change of Auditor
GiG Software Plc (First North: GiG SDB), a leading B2B iGaming technology company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Forvis Mazars LLP as its new statutory auditor for the financial year ending 31 December 2024.
Following the recent restructuring of the Company and subsequent listing on the Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market, a change of statutory auditor was required as part of this process.
GiG would like to thank its previous statutory auditor, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, for its contributions and services to the Company.
