Agneta Palmér most recently served as Executive Vice President Operational Services and prior to that she was Vice President Corporate Control at Getinge. She has previously held similar positions at AB Volvo.

The change will take effect at the end of March, when Lars Sandström leaves Getinge.

"Lars has contributed with solid expertise and has been key in sharpening our global finance function and setting a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization, which has been of great benefit to the company. I have appreciated Lars as a colleague and wish him all the best in the opportunity that has arisen outside of Getinge," says Mattias Perjos.
