In accordance with the decision of the Annual General Meeting (AGM), Fractal Gaming Group's nomination committee shall consist of the three largest shareholders as of September 30 and the Chairman of the Board. Fractal Gaming Group hereby announces that the nomination committee has now been appointed ahead of the AGM on May 20, 2025.
The nomination committee consists of the following members:
Daniel Johnsson, appointed by Långholmen Holding AB
Carl-Mikael Lindholm, appointed by Herenco Holding
Philip W. Tadayoni, appointed by MediumInvest.
Hannes Wallin, Chairman of the Board, Fractal Gaming Group AB
Fractal Gaming Group Annual General Meeting 2025 will be held in Gothenburg, Sweden, May 20, 2025. Shareholders are welcome to submit proposals to the nomination committee by e-mail, valberedningen@fractal-design.com
