| Changes due to: Share issue.Redmile Group, LLC (the "Group") has participated in the directed share issue (the "Directed Share Issue") in Hansa Biopharma AB (the "Issuer") announced by the Issuer on 19 June 2025 by way of press release. 10,550,000 new ordinary shares were issued in the Directed Share Issue. The Issuer has in conjunction with the Directed Share Issue issued 6,398,981 new ordinary shares by set-off to a debt holder. The Directed Share Issue and the set-off issue are hereinafter referred to as the "Issues". Both the Issues were resolved by the board of directors in the Issuer on 19 June 2025, and announced by the Issuer on 19 June 2025, through a press release. The Group acquired, indirectly through a fund, 4,100,000 new ordinary shares in the Directed Share Issue and the Group's total number of shares in the Issuer after the Issues is 16,309,214 ordinary shares. In addition to ordinary shares in the Issuer, the Group indirectly holds cash settled swaps according to FITA Ch. 4, section 2, first paragraph, line 3 (Sw. lag (1991:980) om handel med finansiella instrument) which relate to 947,470 underlying ordinary shares in the Issuer. Taking into account the underlying ordinary shares of the cash settled swaps, the Group's aggregate number of ordinary shares is 17,256,684. Due to the Directed Share Issue and based on the Issuer's new number of total shares and votes after the Issues, the Group's percentage of total shares and votes, taking into account the underlying ordinary shares of the cash settled swaps, has changed to 20.35869%. This notification is filed since the Group's aggregate percentage of total shares and votes, taking into account the underlying ordinary shares of the cash settled swaps, in the Issuer has exceeded the 20% threshold following the Issues. The calculations in this notification have been made based on the new number of shares and votes in the Issuer after the Issues, which both were registered on 23 June 2025. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
