| Changes due to: Share issue.Redmile Biopharma Investments III, LP (the "Shareholder"), a fund managed by Redmile Group, LLC, has participated in the directed share issue (the "Directed Share Issue") in Hansa Biopharma AB (the "Issuer") announced by the Issuer on 19 June 2025 by way of press release. 10,550,000 new ordinary shares were issued in the Directed Share Issue. The Issuer has in conjunction with the Directed Share Issue issued 6,398,981 new ordinary shares by set-off to a debt holder. The Directed Share Issue and the set-off issue are hereinafter referred to as the "Issues". Both the Issues were resolved by the board of directors in the Issuer on 19 June 2025, and announced by the Issuer on 19 June 2025, through a press release. The Shareholder acquired 4,100,000 new ordinary shares in the Directed Share Issue and the Shareholder's total number of shares in the Issuer after the Issues is 13,545,764 ordinary shares. Due to the Directed Share Issue and based on the Issuer's new number of total shares and votes after the Issues, the Shareholder's percentage of total votes and shares has changed to 15.98071%. This notification is filed since the Shareholder's percentage of total votes and total shares in the Issuer went above the 15% threshold following the Issues. The calculations in this notification have been made based on the new number of shares and votes in the Issuer after the Issues, which both were registered on 23 June 2025. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
