| The notification is submitted as a result of an internal restructuring within the Interogo group, which resulted in a change in the chain of controlling companies. The restructuring involved a transfer of subsidiaries between entities under common control and did not result in any change to the ultimate ownership. Prior to the restructuring, the shares in Asker Healthcare Group AB (publ) were ultimately held indirectly by Interogo Foundation through Interogo Holding AG, Nalka Invest AB and Nalka Strukturfonden AB, with Strukturfonden HC15 AB (including Strukturfonden HC15 II AB) as the direct holding entities. As part of the internal restructuring, Nalka Strukturfonden AB divested Strukturfonden HC15 AB (including Strukturfonden HC15 II AB) to Inter Long Term Capital S.A. Following the restructuring, the shares in Asker Healthcare Group AB (publ) are ultimately held indirectly by Interogo Foundation through Interogo Holding AG and Inter Long Term Capital S.A., with Strukturfonden HC15 AB (including Strukturfonden HC15 II AB) as the direct holding entities. Strukturfonden HC15 AB holds 138,983,871 shares in Asker Healthcare Group AB (publ), corresponding to 36.28476 per cent of the shares and voting rights, and Strukturfonden HC15 II AB holds 15,030,930 shares in Asker Healthcare Group AB (publ), corresponding to 3.92415 per cent of the shares and voting rights, in each case unchanged as compared to the holding prior to the notification. The restructuring was undertaken for internal restructuring purposes and was not connected to any acquisition or disposal of shares vis-à-vis external parties. Accordingly, the ultimate beneficial ownership remains unchanged.
