Electrolux Professional AB (publ) ("Electrolux Professional") was listed on Nasdaq Stockholm today and the company's shares of series A and series B have commenced trading.
The listing of Electrolux Professional is a result of the Extraordinary General Meeting of AB Electrolux decision on February 21, 2020 to distribute all shares in Electrolux Professional to the shareholders of AB Electrolux.

Electrolux Professional has two segments - Food & Beverage (F&B) and Laundry. F&B provides a wide range of equipment for professional food service and beverage solutions. Laundry provides a wide array of equipment for professional laundry operations. In addition to their product offerings, each segment provides aftermarket services and solutions. Electrolux Professional conducts sales in about 110 countries and has around 3,600 employees. In 2019, net sales amounted to approximately SEK 9,281 million.
